Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Nutruetion, we believe in keeping things simple, fast, and convenient. Most of our packaging is designed to be letterbox-friendly, so your supplements will be waiting for you on your doormat, no need to stay home for a delivery.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (UK)
We currently offer the following Royal Mail services at checkout:
Royal Mail 2nd Class (FREE)
Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days (aim)
Royal Mail 1st Class - Express Delivery (Next Day)
Estimated delivery: Next business day (aim)
Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods, weekends, and UK bank holidays.
2. Order Processing (Same Day Dispatch)
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are packed and dispatched the same day from our UK facility. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and UK bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
3. Letterbox-Friendly Packaging
Good news! Most of our single-item orders are packaged in slim, eco-friendly boxes designed to fit through a standard UK letterbox. This means no missed deliveries and no “Sorry we missed you” cards. (Please note: Larger orders with multiple bottles may be sent as a small parcel and may require someone to receive them.)
4. Missing or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or goes missing:

Damaged: Please email us a photo at hello@nutruetion.co.uk as soon as possible so we can help.

Missing: If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days after dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with Royal Mail.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
