Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Important: Hygiene & Safety for Food Supplements Due to strict health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food supplements if the protective safety seal has been broken, opened, or tampered with. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the seal intact.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping and provide instructions.

Return Address (Provided After Approval)
To protect customer privacy and ensure safe handling, we do not publish a public returns address.
If your return is approved, we will email you the return address and step-by-step instructions.
Please do not send items back without authorisation, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, specifically perishable goods or personal care goods where the hygiene seal has been broken. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

However, please note: This right does not apply to food supplements if the hygiene safety seal has been broken or removed. To be eligible for a full refund under this rule, your item must be strictly unopened, sealed, and in its original condition.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
